Responsibilities
- Lead executive-level workshops to identify business challenges and AI opportunities.
- Co-create AI adoption roadmaps and articulate paths to customer value.
- Develop business cases, quantify ROI, and align AI solutions with customer objectives.
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions integrating Mistral models and platform into customer workflows and infrastructure.
- Design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions with the Applied AI team.
- Own pilots and proofs-of-value through production deployment.
- Advise customers on AI strategy, value realization, and investment optimization.
- Monitor KPIs tied to business outcomes and communicate progress to executive sponsors.
- Identify account expansion opportunities and build long-term customer partnerships.
- Synthesize customer feedback to influence product and research roadmaps.
- Develop reusable assets, best practices, and go-to-market playbooks.
- Travel approximately 30–60% to support customer relationships and on-site deployment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing strategic and technical role such as data science consulting, value engineering, or technical sales.
- A degree in a relevant scientific field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
- Foundational knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science sufficient to advise technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications using Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills for structuring ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
- Executive presence and communication skills for influencing VP- and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience leading through influence in collaborative environments.
- Experience with sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC and value-based selling is preferred.
