Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain custom software components and applications.
- Develop solutions using Workday People Experience and Workday US Absence Management.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement integrations that enable communication between systems.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with multiple teams on key decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday US Absence Management.
- Proficiency in Workday People Experience and knowledge of software development life cycle practices.
- Experience designing and implementing custom software solutions with modern programming frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and create technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on efficient and maintainable code.
- Mandatory Workday-related certification.
- 15 years of full-time education.
