Responsibilities
- Build out the QA function, including strategy, process, tooling, and standards.
- Design and own testing for AI-driven features and workflows.
- Engage in hands-on automation and manual testing as needed.
- Set quality standards and culture company-wide to prevent bugs.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to integrate quality into development.
Requirements
- Experience in growing a QA function from the ground up.
- Fluency in AI and understanding of testing AI-led products.
- Proficiency in Playwright and TypeScript for automation.
- Strong fundamentals in test strategy, defect management, and release processes.
- Willingness to lead by doing and remain hands-on in testing.
