Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build purpose-specific AI coding agents for supply chain connectivity.
- Develop and maintain core infrastructure for hosting and running integrations.
- Own key systems end-to-end and make foundational architectural decisions across the agent platform and integrations runtime.
- Establish engineering patterns and practices for the team.
- Build production-grade infrastructure and agentic tooling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping and owning complex software products end-to-end.
- At least one stint at a venture-backed startup from seed through Series B.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience building production-ready AI agents and LLM applications.
- Ability to build products from scratch with minimal direction and high autonomy.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent demonstrated academic excellence.
- Background at high-caliber, fast-growing startups rather than exclusively large enterprises or non-technology environments.
- Former founder, founding/early engineering experience, or side projects demonstrating initiative is preferred.
