Base Salary
$106k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures tailored to partner needs.
- Lead collaborative architectural design sessions aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
- Develop proofs of concept and pilots to demonstrate cloud and AI solution feasibility and drive partner adoption.
- Provide technical guidance and support during implementation and optimization of cloud solutions.
- Help partners transition from legacy systems to modern cloud environments.
- Collaborate with partner technical leaders and Microsoft engineering to develop AI practices, reusable intellectual property, accelerators, agentic solutions, and managed services.
- Provide structured feedback to Microsoft engineering based on real-world partner implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud technologies, IT, consulting/support, software development, or practice development, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of enterprise technical experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agents, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio is preferred.
- Experience developing technology intellectual property or services and understanding digital transformation, cloud platforms, generative AI, and SaaS services is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud offerings, including Azure, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365, is preferred.
- Understanding of the Microsoft partner ecosystem and partner business model is preferred.
- Knowledge of security, governance, and data access best practices is preferred.
- Experience with adoption and change management, including Prosci, is preferred.
- Experience building Copilot extensions and agents is preferred.
- Customer-facing experience and experience working on technical projects are preferred.
- A technical cloud certification, such as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certification, is preferred.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $106,400-$203,600 per year; different ranges apply to the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled.
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship and requires U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.
