Responsibilities
- Build world-class internal operations tooling for complex workflows.
- Develop operator-facing tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Design and implement AI-powered automations for faster decision-making.
- Translate business problems into technical solutions and drive project delivery.
- Mentor peers and uphold technical standards within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in high-growth startups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in building platform-level systems and scaling backend infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Python, Postgres, and MySQL is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to ship high-quality products.
