Base Salary
$174k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical pre-sales support by explaining value propositions and answering product, API, and LLM-related questions.
- Build and present demos, scope customer use cases, recommend architecture patterns, and provide technical advisory.
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs based on recurring pre-sales questions and requirements.
- Develop customer relationships throughout evaluation, validation, and purchasing processes.
- Gather customer feedback, identify cross-customer themes, and represent the customer voice in product planning.
- Address initial security and compliance questions, explain standardized materials, direct customers to relevant resources, and escalate complex requirements.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in technical pre-sales or a similar role selling to technology companies and managing senior technical and business relationships.
- Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products, including higher-level security and compliance support.
- Foundational training in Python or JavaScript.
- Experience delivering generative AI or traditional ML solution prototypes and knowledge of network and cloud architecture.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to translate business and technical topics for senior leaders and varied audiences.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end, learn missing knowledge, collaborate helpfully, and contribute to team success.
