Responsibilities
- Create and validate business requirements and development-ready user stories.
- Decompose requirements into functional specifications and describe business processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Management, System Engineering, system designers, and DevOps teams.
- Bridge business objectives and technology solutions by evaluating requirements, business models, and implementation opportunities.
- Identify interface partners, critical non-functional requirements, and system dependencies.
- Analyze and align REST APIs using mapping tables.
- Perform business, system, cross-system, process, and end-to-end IT solution analysis.
- Support software quality from the business perspective, testing, rollouts, solution introductions, and creation of IT guidelines and blueprints.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Designer in international projects.
- Master's degree in Information Technologies.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency at B2 level.
- Ability to create UML diagrams, including activity, sequence, and use-case diagrams.
- Knowledge of BPMN, SQL, relational databases, PostgreSQL, microservices, and microservice architecture.
- Experience designing business applications, performing system analysis, and working with complex IT application landscapes.
- Experience with Enterprise Architect, Confluence, Jira, Scrum, and preferably SAFe.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications sector.
- German language, Postman, Swagger, Java, and JavaScript/Angular experience are desirable.
