Responsibilities
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze software problems and system performance.
- Assist with developing and implementing software solutions that improve system performance.
- Proactively identify potential issues before they affect business operations.
- Document issues and resolutions to support team knowledge sharing.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Python.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of software debugging techniques.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
- Ability to work with various operating systems and environments.
- Experience with agentic frameworks is beneficial.
