Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build automated test infrastructure for data ingestion and analysis modules.
- Develop scientific validation frameworks for ML-driven biological analyses.
- Establish CI workflows to catch scientific and computational regressions.
- Build monitoring and alerting systems for product module performance.
- Design automated checks for omics workflows.
- Validate responses generated by Mithrl against biological expectations.
- Collaborate with ML engineers and application scientists for accuracy.
- Maintain documentation and datasets for regression testing.
- Support scalable QA processes for rapid product growth.
- Foster a culture of scientific correctness and software reliability.
Requirements
- PhD in biology, computational biology, bioinformatics, or related field.
- Deep understanding of the drug discovery and preclinical development lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with omics data such as RNA-seq and proteomics.
- Ability to evaluate scientific correctness based on domain knowledge.
- Familiarity with common discovery analyses like differential expression.
- Experience with Python or similar languages in scientific computing.
- Strong interest in software quality and validation of ML systems.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with engineers and scientists.
