Responsibilities
- Develop and support web and mobile interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript.
- Design, develop, and unit test applications deployed to MS Azure.
- Collaborate with UX, Product Managers, and other developers in planning and grooming sessions.
- Ensure all committed stories for the sprint are completed per the sprint goal.
- Conduct peer reviews to improve code quality and mentor junior developers.
- Work towards reducing defects in the module/product to industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering/development experience.
- Extensive experience in object-oriented design and application development using Java/J2EE.
- Familiarity with web services and SOA standards like REST/OAuth/JSON.
- Experience with cloud services such as Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS.
- Moderate experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
