Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing AI transformation engagements, including demos, pilots, workshops, envisioning sessions, and adoption planning.
- Design secure, scalable, and modular enterprise architectures for Microsoft Copilot and related AI solutions.
- Generate pipeline, support technical sales and upsell opportunities, secure competitive wins, and facilitate partner co-selling.
- Identify and escalate technical blockers, maintain deal and consumption plans in MSX, and ensure qualified opportunities include partners.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, engineering, and partner teams to deliver customer handoffs and adoption outcomes.
- Mentor IC3–IC4 engineers, lead peer learning, provide product and go-to-market feedback, and contribute deal insights and coaching.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8–10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot technologies, generative AI, and AI-powered productivity solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI services, and Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Understanding of cloud architecture, identity, security, and compliance concepts, with the ability to build demos, proofs of concept, and customer architectures.
- Experience conducting customer discovery, translating business requirements into AI-powered solutions, and leading technical demonstrations and workshops.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, executive communication, and customer engagement skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with AI, machine learning, prompt engineering, conversational agents, enterprise productivity, business process automation, digital transformation, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
