Base Salary
$135k - $228k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI-native products that convert large-scale geospatial data into actionable intelligence and mission-critical insights.
- Design multi-agent workflows with Google ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, and other orchestration frameworks.
- Integrate LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, and Gemini for contextual analysis, hypothesis generation, and adaptive decision-making.
- Engineer agents with dynamic tool use, structured reasoning, and iterative self-refinement.
- Develop data ingestion and transformation layers for pattern-of-life analysis, detection, anomaly identification, and predictive analytics.
- Create feedback loops and reinforcement mechanisms that improve model reliability and operational trustworthiness.
- Deploy and operate AI systems in production across cloud and enterprise environments.
- Use AI development agents such as Codex, Gemini CLI, and Claude Code for design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
- Contribute to shared engineering standards, documentation, and AI-first development practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in a relevant technology domain, preferably software engineering and AI/ML.
- U.S. citizenship and U.S. Person status as defined in the posting.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data and machine learning pipelines, including AWS or GCP.
- Significant software development experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation architectures is preferred.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and high-availability architectures for global-scale workloads is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, independent-work, collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
