Base Salary
$172k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate scheduled benchmark, judge, golden-gate, scorecard, cost, variance, and drift systems for production agent releases.
- Complete entity-agent pipeline stages including enricher fan-out, location sets, hierarchy batch files, shared-runner migration, throughput measurement, and unit-cost instrumentation.
- Build replayable evidence adapters for registries, live web, mail-tenant signals, and external research vendors with measured lift, source coverage, and vendor kill switches.
- Deploy company and contact agents onto the ZoomInfo Agentic Platform, including ingest adapters, bulk intake, rollback paths, and synchronized implementations.
- Create review queues, tagging tools, blast-radius viewers, and batch runners that researchers and product managers can use without engineering support.
- Own the health and deployment of classifiers, the agents hub, and judge platform while instrumenting cost, latency, quality, and operational alerts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years shipping LLM-based systems to production with agent loops, tool use, retrieval, structured output, and evaluation harnesses.
- Strong Python and TypeScript skills and comfort working across API layers, batch runners, and small internal web UIs.
- Experience building replayable, idempotent, observable platforms and tools that other people operate, including adapters, runners, queues, or internal tools.
- Working knowledge of data pipelines and entity resolution, including ingestion, matching, serving, false merges, and missed matches.
- Experience taking prototypes to production while preserving their validated behavior through test sets and benchmarks.
- Experience instrumenting cost and latency budgets for shipped systems.
- Preferred experience with B2B company or contact data, identity or registry data, entity resolution at scale, Claude or comparable frontier models, agent frameworks, evaluation harnesses, internal agent platforms, AI-native startups, forward-deployed or applied AI teams, or data infrastructure companies.
