Responsibilities
- Lead transformation and implementation projects for the Murex MX.3 platform.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and develop solution designs.
- Support configuration, integration, and testing of new functionalities.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, and IT teams.
- Optimize and digitalize capital market processes throughout the trade lifecycle.
- Gradually take responsibility for work packages and manage small project teams.
Requirements
- Completed university degree and relevant experience in consulting or IT projects in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of capital market products and processes, such as Fixed Income and Derivatives.
- Practical experience with Murex MX.3 as a Business Analyst or Consultant.
- Interest in technical issues like system integration and data flows.
- Fluent in German and English with strong analytical skills.
