Base Salary
$120k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives from discovery through close by running tailored Scribe Optimize demos, leading proof-of-concept planning, and designing solutions tied to measurable customer outcomes.
- Execute Scribe Optimize proof-of-concepts and ensure prospects see immediate value.
- Build ROI narratives using workflow data to quantify time saved, cost avoided, and efficiency gained.
- Represent customer needs to Product by documenting feedback and informing the Optimize roadmap.
- Create repeatable playbooks for pre-sales technical motions, proof-of-concept execution, and post-sale onboarding.
- Address technical and security questions during enterprise deals and work with Engineering to resolve configuration issues.
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of Scribe’s Workflow AI capabilities and support pre- and post-sales teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or a similar pre- or post-sales technical role at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of large language models, LLM architecture, prompt design, model behavior, and AI output quality.
- Ability to work directly with AI/ML Engineering teams and translate customer requirements into technical context.
- Ability to explain Scribe’s Workflow AI framework and workflow data processing to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with enterprise workflows and tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP.
- Strong executive and end-user communication, business-case development, data analysis, and ROI skills.
- Comfort with hands-on technical implementation, ambiguity, and building a new function from scratch.
- Preferred experience with process mining, workflow intelligence, or operational analytics tools such as Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, or ServiceNow Process Optimization.
- Preferred experience building or deploying enterprise AI products or working within AI/ML product teams.
- Preferred experience in a founding role at a high-growth SaaS company, management consulting, business process improvement, or digital transformation.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI security reviews, model governance frameworks, or responsible AI practices is a plus.
