Base Salary
$120k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical layer of enterprise deals, partnering with Account Executives.
- Run tailored Optimize demos and lead POC planning sessions.
- Build and communicate ROI narratives based on workflow data.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer for Optimize, documenting feedback.
- Develop repeatable playbooks for pre-sales and post-sale processes.
- Address technical and security questions during enterprise deal cycles.
- Maintain deep technical knowledge of Scribe’s Workflow AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering or similar technical role at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Strong AI fluency and understanding of large language models.
- Experience working directly with AI/ML Engineering teams.
- Ability to articulate Scribe's Workflow AI technical framework to diverse audiences.
- Understanding of enterprise workflows and operational processes.
- Proven ability to build trust with executive stakeholders and end users.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and measurable impact.
