Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement GenAI-powered products and features.
Collaborate across functions to understand user needs and propose AI-powered solutions.
Design and execute rapid experiments to evaluate potential business impacts of AI capabilities.
Balance creative exploration with rigorous evaluation of technical feasibility and business impact.

Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design and APIs.
Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and product development.
Experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval augmented generation.
Strong debugging and monitoring experience for production systems.
Ability to understand customer needs through user research and rapid experimentation.
Curiosity and passion for working in the GenAI applications space.
