Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance applications for business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to gather requirements and make key technical decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and improve application performance and user experience.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions across teams.
- Manage team collaboration, mentor junior members, and support team development.
- Evaluate and improve software development processes to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with O9 Solutions.
- Proficiency in O9 Solutions and strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
