Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, with exposure to Power BI.
- Lead discovery, envisioning, and enablement workshops to identify automation and AI use cases.
- Architect and design Power Platform tenants and environments while coordinating integration requirements with IT, Security, and technical teams.
- Analyze architectural options and guide optimal deployment approaches.
- Integrate copilots with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and external systems using connectors and APIs.
- Apply governance, security, ALM, DLP policy, and environment strategy best practices.
- Produce solution designs, technical documentation, and client handover materials.
- Work with technical resources to enable effective DevOps processes and collaborate with architects, data specialists, and AI specialists.
- Communicate product issues and improvement suggestions to Microsoft Product Engineering and participate in the Power Platform community.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and ALM.
- Client-facing consulting experience involving requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Typically 3–5+ years of experience in Power Platform consulting roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, computer engineering, information system management, or a related field.
- Experience interfacing with clients, assessing goals and objectives, and translating ideas into practical solution recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Australian citizenship due to project and client requirements.
- Preferred Microsoft certifications include PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, AI-900, AB-730, and AB-100.
- Preferred experience with Azure services, including Functions and API integrations.
- Demonstrated experience with Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Azure, or Dynamics 365.
