ServiceNow Integration Engineer, Assistant Vice President
State StreetResponsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and extend ServiceNow applications, services, modules, workflows, and integrations while preserving baseline functionality.
- Deliver business application requirements and refactor code for performance, manageability, and efficiency.
- Drive adoption and utilization of ServiceNow services and identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and process optimization.
- Assist ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution and provide mentoring and guidance.
- Own complex business requirements through completion and stay current with ServiceNow products, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform development and deep knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, and Service Catalog modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, custom workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes within an ITIL framework.
- Strong requirements-gathering and refinement experience.
- Required ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ServiceNow CIS - Discovery certifications.
- Preferred ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications, such as ITSM, HAM, or VR, and ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
