Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements, design screens and workflows, and advance technical solutions for application development.
- Develop and maintain secure responsive ASP.NET Core web applications and WPF desktop applications using C# and .NET Core.
- Design, prototype, evaluate, and recommend application and database solutions.
- Apply office standards for documentation, coding, testing, version control, and code review.
- Maintain multiple applications simultaneously and incorporate pre-approved code modules into new code routines.
- Collaborate with IT staff, Assistant District Attorneys, investigators, and support staff.
- Supervise junior developers and perform related assignments as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college.
- Five to ten years of experience in IT project coordination or solution delivery, with demonstrated experience working alongside procurement or vendor-management teams.
- At least five years of experience outside higher education, excluding school-related internships and bootcamp experience.
- Proven programming experience demonstrated through work experience or an active GitHub account.
- Expert knowledge of databases, data structures, and algorithms.
- Understanding or practical use of Extreme Programming, Test-Driven Development, Agile development, or other development methodologies.
- Ability to provide estimations, meet deliverables, communicate effectively, multitask, prioritize competing needs, and respond quickly to information requests.
- Resourcefulness, initiative, good judgment, and willingness to expand technical skills.
Benefits
