Responsibilities
- Author, review, and communicate solution architectures and technical specifications with development and engineering teams.
- Champion Propellerhead’s technical strategy and align client solution designs and implementations with that strategy.
- Build trusted relationships with client decision-makers and explain technical requirements and solution designs to client technologists.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for client solutions, including delivery prerequisites and operational improvements.
- Develop strategies addressing speed-to-value, security, reliability, maintainability, performance, and functional fit.
- Facilitate the evolution of the codebase from C# to Rust, including related tools, practices, services, requirements, testing, and code generation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing multi-tier and distributed applications.
- Extensive hands-on software engineering and solution architecture experience, including complex enterprise applications.
- Essential experience with React and C#, plus confidence working with TypeScript, Java, Go, and Rust.
- Essential experience designing solutions on Azure, participating in CI/CD pipeline development, and instrumenting systems for operations.
- Strong experience using AI to rapidly prototype, shape solutions, and direct AI-assisted delivery across requirements, testing, and code generation.
- Confident communication and presentation skills with senior client stakeholders and the ability to bridge technical solutions with business needs.
- Experience with streaming and messaging platforms such as Kafka or NATS is highly desirable.
- Experience or demonstrable interest in digital identity, verifiable credentials, open banking, AI agent authorization, or edge/device-based software deployment is valued.
