Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Platform programs focused on innovation and process improvements across the organization.
- Research, guide, and implement AI and automation techniques in testing processes.
- Champion AI integration into testing and mentor or upskill test engineers.
- Perform hands-on scripting, contribute to automation frameworks and infrastructure, and conduct pull request reviews.
- Lead cross-initiative quality projects with Quality Assurance Managers and their teams.
- Improve test orchestration solutions and tools using current technologies.
- Support high-visibility customer-facing programs to ensure delivery of quality solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of test automation or software development experience.
- Strong C# experience and experience using AI solutions within quality assurance testing.
- At least 3 years of experience implementing continuous integration and build automation.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies and tools including Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Model Context Protocol servers, and AI agents.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, algorithms, and data structures.
- Preferred experience with the C#/.NET or Java/JVM ecosystems.
- Preferred experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI tooling for coding assistance.
- Preferred experience applying Docker and Terraform.
- Expertise in automation framework architecture and experience with multiple diverse automation frameworks; Bellatrix experience is a plus.
- Preferred experience with Selenium WebDriver or comparable functional, regression, or performance test automation solutions.
- Experience with Jenkins, DevOps, and repository ownership is a plus.
