Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance billing and financial-system applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and web APIs.
- Create queries, stored procedures, data models, reports, and API-enabled components.
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, solution planning, and definition of non-functional requirements.
- Integrate applications with databases, cloud services, third-party APIs, and identity providers.
- Investigate and resolve defects, deliver operationally stable software, and help maintain uptime.
- Assist with month-end close and compliance with internal controls, including occasional evening or weekend work.
- Configure new billing models and analyze large datasets to troubleshoot billing discrepancies.
- Improve CI/CD automation and migrate legacy applications to the cloud.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience with the listed technical skills and responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Transact-SQL, .NET/C#, ASP.NET WebAPI or ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server databases.
- Experience with C#, TDD/BDD, REST/SOAP web services, and report creation using Power BI or JasperReports.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Fluency in English; German language knowledge is nice to have.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, organization, time management, prioritization, communication, teamwork, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
