Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and tools.
- Lead technical efforts to support developer enablement and quality assurance.
- Build and deploy automation solutions that streamline the SDLC.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD workflows for rapid feedback.
- Identify and address technical debt in automation frameworks.
- Implement robust test automation strategies for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams.
Requirements
- Expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation tools.
- Deep understanding of service integration testing and system reliability testing.
- Demonstrated success in improving DORA metrics across engineering teams.
- Preferred experience with cloud-native technologies and developer tooling.
