Responsibilities
- Design and deliver secure, scalable integrations between Solventum solutions and customer healthcare systems.
- Define, configure, validate, and troubleshoot interfaces with customer IT teams, EMR vendors, and third-party providers.
- Conduct technical discovery and translate business and technical requirements into practical implementation approaches.
- Configure Solventum solutions for customer-specific operational and clinical requirements.
- Lead technical validation, testing, defect investigation, issue resolution, and go-live readiness activities.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical issues during and after implementation and perform root cause analysis.
- Document implementation knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned for support, engineering, product management, and implementation teams.
- Manage multiple customer engagements and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience implementing, integrating, supporting, or delivering healthcare technology solutions.
- Experience implementing enterprise software solutions in healthcare environments.
- Experience with EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), Altera, Meditech, or equivalent systems.
- Experience with interface engines, integration platforms, SaaS deployments, cloud-hosted solutions, networking fundamentals, or identity management concepts.
- Experience with technical discovery, requirements analysis, solution configuration, testing, validation, go-live readiness, and production support.
- Knowledge of healthcare data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Professional working proficiency in Arabic and the ability to communicate with customer technical and operational stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with customer IT teams, technical stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Experience with HL7 v2.x, FHIR, APIs, and healthcare data exchange workflows.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across applications, integrations, and infrastructure components.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
