Responsibilities
- Design and build LLM-backed product capabilities for personalized insights and notifications.
- Own evaluation, quality, and safety for AI workflows by implementing evaluation frameworks.
- Integrate LLMs with personalization layers to create coherent user guidance.
- Contribute to a multi-LLM and reasoning platform by prototyping workflows.
- Build robust, observable, and cost-aware systems that meet performance expectations.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, data science, and design teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering and backend engineering.
- Strong proficiency in building production systems across the stack.
- Demonstrated ability to own systems end-to-end from problem framing to deployment.
- Experience working in product-facing teams and shipping to real users.
- Comfort operating in a fast-changing AI/LLM domain with a focus on user safety.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
