Responsibilities

  • Own the technical path from first conversation to signed pilot across the UK and Nordics.
  • Scope integrations, map end-to-end estimating and parts workflows, and remove technical blockers to new-market deals.
  • Build, stand up, and debug customer integrations such as the CABAS estimating integration for the Finland/InCar pilot.
  • Create market demos and portal prototypes to validate product capabilities before core engineering investment.
  • Conduct Technical Readiness Assessments documenting customer systems, dependencies, and pilot requirements.
  • Build value-proposition frameworks, calculators, and reporting such as insurer reporting dashboards.
  • Represent UK and Nordics customer needs to Product through clear, prioritized product requests.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve customer problems and keep deals moving.

Requirements

  • Comfort writing SQL, working close to data, reading and debugging code, and independently building demos or prototypes.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and systems-thinking skills for ambiguous, messy problems.
  • Commercial understanding of how technical decisions affect deals, with the ability to build frameworks, calculators, and reporting.
  • Excellent customer communication and the ability to translate between customers and Product and Engineering teams.
  • Self-directed, high-ownership approach suited to being the only solutions person in a market.
  • Preferred experience in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or technical pre-sales, ideally with enterprise integrations or customers.
  • Bonus experience in automotive, parts, insurance, or estimating, including CABAS, CCC, Audatex/Solera, similar systems, or messy external data integrations.
