Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated UI, API, and regression test solutions.
- Apply risk-based testing and execute automated and exploratory tests covering functional, usability, and accessibility requirements.
- Perform accessibility validation for modern web applications, responsive interfaces, user journeys, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Use AI tools to improve test design, test data creation, automation development, and testing efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Architects to ensure requirements are testable and aligned with quality objectives.
- Analyze defects, logs, monitoring data, and test results to identify risks and support root-cause analysis.
- Improve automation frameworks, quality practices, and engineering standards across teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of Quality Engineering or QA experience focused on test automation and web application testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium.
- Proven accessibility testing experience, including WCAG 2.1/2.2, Axe, Lighthouse, and inclusive design principles.
- Experience with API testing, REST services, SQL/data validation, and automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Cloud platform experience such as AWS or similar.
- Strong analytical, debugging, defect investigation, root-cause analysis, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Performance testing, observability/monitoring tools, security testing concepts, and cross-team accessibility or automation advocacy are preferred.
