Responsibilities
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities.
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy products and process improvements.
- Resolve high-impact problems and projects through in-depth analysis of business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Design applications in accordance with the overall architecture blueprint and develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
- Analyze complex issues, develop innovative solutions, assess risk, and support compliance and control requirements.
- Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as necessary.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in applications development technology.
- Advanced knowledge of application programming, system flow, application design, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong Java backend development experience, including Spring Framework or Spring Boot and related enterprise frameworks.
- Full-stack frontend experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript or TypeScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data access frameworks, cloud platforms, containers, orchestration, monitoring, logging, messaging, testing, and security technologies listed in the posting.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
