Base Salary
$135k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and document baseline security requirements for AI accelerator chips.
- Define security requirements for confidential computing, including attestation and workload isolation.
- Define security requirements for scale-up and scale-out processor networks.
- Define security requirements for out-of-band management through a Board Management Controller.
- Design and document product security architectures that meet defined requirements.
- Work with developer teams to prototype, implement, and test security-critical chip architecture components.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with 4+ years of software engineering or related experience; master's degree with 3+ years or PhD with 2+ years is also accepted.
- 2+ years of experience with a programming language such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in product security or a related field, with experience gained through a master's or doctoral degree considered.
- Experience designing and implementing access-control and isolation systems in complex multi-tenant embedded systems.
- Proficiency in C and experience developing embedded security systems.
- Understanding of device attestation systems and practical cryptography for mutually trusted components communicating over untrusted networks.
- Preferred qualifications include a security-focused master's degree, AI accelerator architecture experience, PCIe security experience, confidential computing experience, secure out-of-band management experience, Caliptra knowledge, and AI model computation experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
