Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architectures, system interdependencies, application stacks, and operating procedures.
- Design and maintain automation frameworks and reusable libraries across technology stacks and business lines.
- Develop test plans, test cases, scenarios, usage cases, technical specifications, and automation solutions.
- Execute functional, regression, performance, and non-functional testing and validate software through automated processes.
- Track and report functional and non-functional coverage metrics, defects, resolutions, bug fixes, and mitigation techniques.
- Collaborate with Agile delivery, development, testing, business, client, and internal stakeholder teams.
- Create acceptance criteria, generate test automation backlogs, and support continuous deployment practices.
- Perform backend/database programming for key projects and provide assistance with system problem resolution.
- Document automation processes, test cases, debug data, projects, and performance reviews according to company standards.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Experience with tools development and software engineering.
- Ability to design, develop, execute, and maintain automated testing solutions.
- Ability to work with functional, regression, performance, and non-functional testing requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams and support continuous deployment practices.
- Ability to perform backend/database programming for key projects.
- Ability to communicate clearly with test personnel, users, developers, clients, and business subject matter experts.
- Knowledge of industry standards, accepted design patterns, documentation practices, and software validation.
