Base Salary

$135k - $185k/yr

Responsibilities

Own technical implementation end-to-end across enterprise accounts, from presales discovery through configuration, testing, and go-live.
Partner with Engagement Managers and Customer Success Managers on complex, multi-stakeholder customer engagements.
Lead technical discovery, map customer workflows, identify configuration requirements, and create implementation plans.
Configure and activate EliseAI’s platform for customers’ operational needs across housing verticals.
Present tailored best-practice recommendations and advocate for configurations that drive adoption and outcomes.
Develop expertise across customer segments and serve as a trusted technical advisor.
Synthesize implementation learnings into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.
Create playbooks, configuration templates, and onboarding frameworks for the broader team.
Identify and resolve customer deployment risks before they escalate.

At least 3 years of experience in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical account management, or a closely related technical presales/post-sales role.
Proven experience owning technical implementations for enterprise-grade customers, ideally in a SaaS or AI/ML-driven product environment.
Comfort with APIs, system integrations, data flows, and configuration-heavy platforms.
SQL proficiency and familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau are a plus.
Strong communication, relationship-building, consulting, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Willingness to work on-site at the office 4–5 days per week.
