Base Salary
$135k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical implementation end-to-end across enterprise accounts.
- Partner closely with Engagement Managers and Customer Success Managers.
- Drive technical discovery during pre-sales by mapping customer workflows.
- Configure and activate EliseAI's platform to meet customer needs.
- Build and present best practice recommendations tailored to customers.
- Develop and maintain expertise across multiple verticals.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer for implementation feedback.
- Contribute to scalable internal assets like playbooks and templates.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks in customer deployments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering or a related technical role.
- Proven track record of owning technical implementation for enterprise customers.
- Strong technical foundation with APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategically minded with strong customer instincts.
- Experience working across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering.
- Eager to develop deep expertise across multiple customer segments.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple high-stakes implementations.
- Customer-first mentality with a focus on customer outcomes.
- Willingness to work on-site 4–5 days per week.
