Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Lead application modernization initiatives, including legacy-system transformation and cloud adoption.
- Develop and integrate APIs, backend services, and user-facing applications.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define solutions and deliver projects.
- Promote software engineering best practices, code quality, testing, performance optimization, and Agile delivery.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in full stack software development.
- Strong programming experience with Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Experience designing and developing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, databases, and application lifecycle management.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes Angular, Kafka, Elasticsearch, modern web frameworks, AI/ML or data-driven applications, legacy-system modernization, containerization, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, technical mentoring, and SAFe or scaled Agile environments.
