Base Salary
$186k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of agentic AI systems for customer support and compliance automation.
- Build scalable, secure backend infrastructure in Python and Golang for AI workloads.
- Drive end-to-end project execution on complex AI initiatives.
- Partner with Customer Experience, Compliance, and product engineering teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers on AI system design patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise in microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications or AI/ML systems in production.
- Proficiency in Python and Golang, with experience integrating third-party AI models.
- Track record of delivering end-to-end projects with measurable business impact.
- Experience building data pipelines and working with large-scale unstructured data sources.
