
Technical Architect - Salesforce Field Service
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
- Design and integrate scalable predictive and generative AI solutions within custom Salesforce environments.
- Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client business objectives.
- Identify gaps between current and desired states and evaluate architectural assumptions and system edge cases.
- Use AI tools, developer assistants, and agentic evaluation frameworks to accelerate project implementation.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical oversight and governance for Salesforce projects.
- Define and enforce coding standards and lead code reviews.
- Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.
- Debug project issues through detailed technical analysis.
- Participate in discovery, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept development for prospects.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
- Maintain target billable utilization and travel to client sites as required.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent proven experience.
- 9–14 years of CRM experience, including at least 6 years on the Salesforce platform.
- Expert-level understanding of end-to-end Field Service implementation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
- Ability to design scalable, performance-driven systems architectures.
- Knowledge of design patterns, large-data-volume limitations, data sharing, and visibility considerations.
- Familiarity with SAML, SSO, OAuth, ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, and business-system integrations.
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce platform security capabilities including TLS and SSL.
- Expert experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Strong background designing and developing large web-based systems or exposure to the complete software product lifecycle.
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain relevant certifications after hire.
