Base Salary
$120k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive software development lifecycle activities across functional teams, from requirements translation through implementation and maintenance.
- Translate user and business requirements into technical specifications and design documentation.
- Develop, test, debug, integrate, and maintain software programs, applications, services, and core system components.
- Apply security, logging, error-handling, performance, release-management, and version-control standards to code and configurations.
- Evaluate new technologies and their effects on processes, data, risk, and upstream and downstream systems.
- Provide technical expertise and solutions for complex, ambiguous, and non-routine problems at an enterprise-wide level.
- Support senior leaders, stakeholders, and clients with technical requirements interpretation and documentation.
Requirements
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced proficiency in programming, quality assurance and testing, cloud computing, microservices, applications integration, test-driven development, system development lifecycle practices, troubleshooting, and system and technology integration.
- Advanced technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, collaboration, adaptability, learning agility, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and build and manage relationships, including effective cross-group collaboration.
- Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge.
