Base Salary
$115k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
- Build and iterate custom AI solutions using agentic AI frameworks.
- Own end-to-end delivery from scoping through production deployment as part of the customer team.
- Troubleshoot and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Capture deployment learnings, document best practices, and share insights with platform and product teams.
- Contribute feedback and code to the evolution of Kyndryl’s AI platforms.
- Continue professional development and adapt to emerging technologies and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrable expertise in Python or another modern language such as C#, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Experience with software delivery lifecycle practices, Git, GitHub, Pandas, and Spark.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google AI and with distributed computing architectures.
- Preferred familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, agentic AI frameworks, multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, and structured and unstructured knowledge sources.
- Preferred experience with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Agent Framework, AutoGen, or CrewAI, including agent protocols and coordination mechanisms.
- Knowledge of system-level optimization and security best practices for scalable AI systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate technical value to diverse stakeholders, including executives.
- Deep expertise in one or two technical domains with broad understanding of AI/ML, cloud, and consulting.
- Degree-level qualification in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to travel and work on customer premises as required.
