Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and customers to understand business and customer challenges.
- Measure, inspect, and use data to drive decisions.
- Design, test, code, and instrument new software solutions.
- Develop micro frontends using React.js and integrate frontend applications with RESTful backend APIs.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Support engineering practices involving TDD, BDD, microservice architecture, and vertical slice architecture.
- Support live applications through proactive monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze systems and processes to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Mentor peers, share knowledge, become a subject matter expert, and independently complete and review work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong experience developing micro frontends with React.js.
- Hands-on experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, ASP.NET Core, RESTful API design and integration, Docker, modern relational databases, Git, and Git-based development workflows.
- C# experience is good to have.
- Ability to learn or quickly develop proficiency with Azure, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with an interest in modern technologies and design.
