Responsibilities

Write high-quality code and design scalable backend services for on-premises and SaaS environments.
Influence architecture, scalability, integration approaches, and technical direction.
Integrate data and capabilities across Netwrix cybersecurity, identity, and data-protection products.
Use Active Directory and Entra ID to identify, monitor, analyze, and report identity-security threats across hybrid environments.
Promote AI tools and capabilities in product development and use AI for threat detection, anomaly identification, and predictive analytics.
Partner with customers and customer-facing teams to triage issues, understand needs, and gather product feedback.
Collaborate with product management, platform teams, product teams, and engineering leadership.
Mentor and support engineers while promoting technical excellence and security-first thinking.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
At least 8 years of software development experience focused on enterprise software.
Experience designing and delivering on-premises and SaaS software at scale.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS security practices.
Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring and observability.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, modular architectures, and event-driven design.
Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code.
Proficiency designing RESTful APIs and asynchronous communication patterns.
Strong proficiency in modern object-oriented programming languages and frameworks.
Experience with modern databases and frameworks in high-performance scenarios.
Understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, or similar identity systems.
Strong communication, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and prioritization skills.
Experience mentoring or guiding engineers in their technical growth.
Preferred: familiarity with C# and the .NET ecosystem, threat detection methodologies, SIEM concepts, security frameworks, machine learning applications in threat detection, open-source contributions, hybrid on-premises/SaaS products, and the ITDR market.
