Responsibilities
- Write high-quality code and design scalable backend services for on-premises and SaaS environments.
- Influence architecture, scalability, integration approaches, and technical direction.
- Integrate data and capabilities across Netwrix cybersecurity, identity, and data-protection products.
- Use Active Directory and Entra ID to identify, monitor, analyze, and report identity-security threats across hybrid environments.
- Promote AI tools and capabilities in product development and use AI for threat detection, anomaly identification, and predictive analytics.
- Partner with customers and customer-facing teams to triage issues, understand needs, and gather product feedback.
- Collaborate with product management, platform teams, product teams, and engineering leadership.
- Mentor and support engineers while promoting technical excellence and security-first thinking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience focused on enterprise software.
- Experience designing and delivering on-premises and SaaS software at scale.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS security practices.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring and observability.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, modular architectures, and event-driven design.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Proficiency designing RESTful APIs and asynchronous communication patterns.
- Strong proficiency in modern object-oriented programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with modern databases and frameworks in high-performance scenarios.
- Understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, or similar identity systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and prioritization skills.
- Experience mentoring or guiding engineers in their technical growth.
- Preferred: familiarity with C# and the .NET ecosystem, threat detection methodologies, SIEM concepts, security frameworks, machine learning applications in threat detection, open-source contributions, hybrid on-premises/SaaS products, and the ITDR market.
