Base Salary
$150k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build modern, scalable full-stack solutions with integrated AI capabilities to improve performance, reliability, and intelligence.
- Embed LLMs, agentic frameworks, and AI-assisted tools into product functionality and development workflows.
- Define and drive architecture standards, scalable AI patterns, interoperability, security, and responsible AI guardrails.
- Modernize the technology stack and development practices through automation, CI/CD, and emerging tools.
- Improve system resilience and uptime through dependency management, observability, fault tolerance, and intelligent monitoring.
- Lead technical direction and cross-team alignment, promote best practices, support experimentation, and mentor engineering teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience delivering high-impact backend or full-stack systems or enterprise software.
- Experience designing, applying, and scaling AI/ML systems within software products and development lifecycles.
- Experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and model evaluation practices.
- Strong understanding of AI system design trade-offs and responsible AI guardrails.
- Experience using AI tools to improve individual and team productivity.
- Experience leading technical direction and influencing architecture and strategy across multiple development teams.
- Expertise in unit testing, system design, reliability engineering, domain-driven design, and system interdependencies.
- Experience working in agile environments with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on ability to diagnose complex problems, navigate ambiguity, and drive practical, scalable solutions.
- Preferred experience includes legacy modernization into microservices, JavaScript or TypeScript, and Behavior-Driven Development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

- Posted base salary range is $150,000–$195,000, with eligibility for a bonus target.
