Responsibilities
- Champion and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD.
- Oversee the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to production.

Requirements
- 11+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, and AWS.
- Strong experience in system design for scalable applications.
- Hands-on experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Experience integrating Generative AI capabilities into applications.
- Led software development teams using Agile, Lean, or Continuous methodologies.
- Experience with TDD, continuous integration, and infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Ability to influence others and advocate for technical excellence.
