Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable AI agent solution architectures.
- Code agents using advanced AI tools and capabilities.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and solutions aligned with client needs and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement target architectures.
- Participate in daily client working sessions and communicate technical insights.
- Track deliverables, project status, resource plans, budgets, and engagement economics.
- Support sales opportunities and help complete RFP responses.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- 0-3+ years of relevant experience.
- Development experience building AI systems in university or after-school settings.
- Technical expertise in solution architecture, technology business requirements analysis, cloud computing, AI solution architecture design, application and tool analysis, emerging technologies, and data architecture modeling.
- Ability to assess technical feasibility and perform technology cost-benefit analysis.
- Preferred experience with cloud architecture, FinOps, and emerging technologies.

- Base salary is listed at $106,900-$176,500 nationwide in the US and $128,400-$200,600 for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento.
