Responsibilities
- Work with business executives, project managers, and IT development staff to understand needs and translate them into business and technical requirements.
- Design solutions involving data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture.
- Lead functional workshops, document requirements, define methodologies, and act as a functional lead.
- Deliver customer training, technical consulting, onboarding, implementation guidance, and roadmap assurance.
- Guide project execution, manage timelines, monitor support needs, and resolve technical blockers.
- Advocate for standards and best practices while identifying recurring issues and recommending product improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams on customer and product improvements.
Requirements
- Located in Germany.
- 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams and using project management techniques.
- Direct experience with observability and best practices for using and deploying observability stacks covering visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, and traces.
- Experience delivering customer projects, preferably enterprise observability implementations for large customers.
- Excellent communication skills with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience with Kubernetes; kubectl, Helm, and Tanka are preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Ability to learn new skills and technologies and work independently.
