Software Engineer SMTS
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Build and ship secure, optimized, production-grade software using modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools.
- Architect and orchestrate complex systems in which AI agents integrate with human workflows at scale.
- Contribute to a shared repository of system designs, constraints, and standards that supports reliable AI operation.
- Critically evaluate human- and AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and performance.
- Participate in architecture, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of stable, scalable CRM products.
Requirements
- Demonstrated genuine AI-first approach to software engineering and experience using AI tools in development workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Cursor.
- Advanced prompt-engineering skills, including writing precise structured prompts and cultivating reliable system context.
- Hands-on experience with Java is required.
- Preferred experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka, Elasticsearch, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing multinational organization is preferred.
