Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered automations and workflows to reduce manual effort.
- Own automations end to end, including monitoring and debugging.
- Untangle MarTech tech debt by mapping systems and rebuilding workflows.
- Define scope and present options for ambiguous problems.
- Partner with marketing and technical teams to maintain reliable systems.
- Build robust, documented, and flexible infrastructure.
- Analyze data to validate system performance and support decision-making.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar technical role.
- Fluency in SQL for navigating complex datasets.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered automations and workflows.
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate independently without a playbook.
- End-to-end ownership mindset for complex projects.
- Experience with CRM platforms and automation tools is a plus.
