Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience steering cross-team projects that solve business problems.
- Ability to think strategically and plan for long-term goals.
- Proven mentorship skills to help other engineers develop.
- Strong data-informed decision-making skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for technical trade-offs.
- Experience with ranking, recommendations, and personalization in ML-heavy products.
