Base Salary
$264k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build fullstack features for therapist practice management, including scheduling, AI-assisted clinical documentation, and payment management.
- Develop interfaces and APIs for patient and provider communication, personalized experiences, and engagement.
- Build systems for treatment plans, progress notes, and AI-powered clinical intelligence.
- Create onboarding products and tooling for insurance credentialing and provider network growth.
- Build technical foundations, tools, and processes that enable reliable and efficient product delivery.
- Shape roadmap and technical strategy with cross-functional leadership.
- Make technical decisions for maintainability and scale, improve engineering velocity, mentor engineers, and promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build end-to-end products across backend APIs, data systems, frontend experiences, and state management.
- Experience turning ambiguous problems into shipped software and driving outcomes across teams.
- Ability to make maintainable, scalable technical decisions and establish engineering patterns and automation.
- Strong mentoring, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
- Ability to learn complex domains quickly; prior healthcare experience is not required.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in applying LLMs to workflows, operational automation, code generation, or developer tooling.
- Ability to work responsibly with AI in healthcare-related contexts.
