Responsibilities
- Design and enhance scalable enterprise CI/CD pipelines supporting automated build, testing, security, and deployment workflows.
- Architect, provision, and maintain Azure cloud environments using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
- Oversee the stability, performance, scalability, and readiness of development, staging, and production environments.
- Design and operate monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions, including root cause analysis and proactive reliability improvements.
- Lead infrastructure incident investigation and resolution and help improve on-call effectiveness and system resilience.
- Drive DevOps maturity, cloud-native adoption, automation, release governance, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, security, QA, product, and global delivery teams across the software lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior engineers and peers and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or SRE, ideally in complex enterprise environments.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Azure Monitor, App Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar monitoring and observability platforms.
- Exposure to cloud security, IAM, network security, and governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting applications in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Experience working with third-party vendors or managed cloud services.
- Strong technical ownership and expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, delivery pipelines, observability, and operational practices.
