Responsibilities
- Design and develop Force.com solutions supporting business functions, project objectives, and company goals.
- Develop, test, and document Salesforce customizations, integrations, and data migration components.
- Analyze Salesforce application and system incidents, recommend and implement solutions, and communicate business impacts and results.
- Provide end-user support for Salesforce-related issues.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution documentation.
- Create task estimates and work breakdown structures and evaluate buy-versus-build options.
- Monitor Salesforce releases, platform enhancements, and AppExchange offerings to recommend optimization opportunities.
- Configure and administer Salesforce according to platform best practices.
- Provide coverage during PST hours.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of hands-on Salesforce application development experience, including both development and administration.
- Proficiency with Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, and Apex Controllers.
- Experience developing and integrating web services using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of software architecture, design principles, scalability, maintainability, unit testing, and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, release management, and Force.com upgrade cycles.
- Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or Salesforce Administrator certifications.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools such as GitHub.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
